Nice, but he couldn't figure out how to get it apart. There is one T15 torx screw in the top, but after undoing it, the sucker was not giving up its insides!. So, hit the web.....since it seems they are not sold into the USA there is not a whole lot of info on them. Ben ended up in a forum in the UK and found one line that yielded the required information...... there are 2 more T15 Torx screws along each side behind the wheels, making a total of 5 Torx screws in the thing. To get to them is pretty yucky. Bend the outside of the wheel out enough to sneak the Torx driver in and undo them. Once all 5 are un-done, the thing pretty much falls apart! Here are some photos to help make this a bit more clear.....

Ben just hopes that in time Google and whoever will find this page and ease the search for this astonishing useful information. (The problem? Usual thing (with a twist), where the cord goes in the retract spool, but a little further in, was broken).
